What is the name of your state? MN
Can you please advise me if there is a statute of limitations for sexual harassement? I have not been employed by this person in over a year. Is it too late to file a harassment charge?

Give some details of your post so we can determine whether you have a valid claim or not. If you do and file a claim with the EEOC you have 180 days to file a claim from the last incident, 300 days in a deferral state.

Based on your other 3 threads, you really don't want to rock the boat since you are already facing administrative investigation, untimely accusations of sexual harassment will not help you. There is a limitation for reporting such claims and you can't keep using your addiction as an accuse for your failures to meet your other obligations.

Please contact your malpractice carrier regarding all of your questions.

If you have not worked for this person for over a year, the chances are excellent that the statute of limitations has already gone by and that window is closed.
