What is the name of your state? TX An evil uncle got POA from last surviving aunt. She already had exibited signs of Alzheimer's. He had her will changed, leaving him the sole heir. She has recently passed. Can any of this be revisited?

Yes. You'll need medical records and an attorney.

Were you named as a beneficiary in the previous will?

Yes, his actions as POA can be challenged depending on the laws in the state of Texas. He has committed abuse of POA and under normal circumstances will not have the power to change/revise a will.
