What is the name of your state?NJ

What is the time frame in NJ (REGARDING AUTO ACCIDENT) must a person conclude a settlement either with a third party claim or with their own insurance company? Does anyone have any idea? :confused:

Can't anyone on this forum give me an answer? This is my second post and no has responsed to either one. I don't think the questions are that diffucult.
Anyone out there able to help. Need feed back bad.

Your post isn't clear as to what claim you might be making, but the following SOL's apply in NJ:
Bodily Injury: 2 years from occurence
Property Damage: 6 years from occurence
