Does anyone know if 3 years is always the statute of limitations for filing a suit. Long story short - college promised to match a government grant ($150.00 a course). Never honored. Also did not receive $1000 grant that was supposed to because an online instructor felt that he could flunk a student because he gave only 3 days to make up 2 wks worth of work (started course late) at the beginning of the course, when the school policy is to give 60 days after the end of the course, and 60 days was given by the instructor to two other students who were in the same on-line class.- obvious discrimination.

Any feedback welcome! Thanks in advance.
