Could the male be finacially responcible for a child resulting from stautory rape? There were no charges pressed. He was 14, she was 19. His father allowed her to move in and had an affair with her as well. She is pionting the finger at him (the son)8 yrs later.
Could pay checks be seized with out proof of fatherhood?

Of course the FATHER will be responsible for the support of the child. As for the paychecks, not usually. Almost every state requires proof of fathership before garnishing wages. In most cases the state will demand the suspected male to submit to a DNA test. If it comes back positive then a parenting plan will have to be done up to include the child support.
Next time give more details and the answers will be more detailed.

You mean the male victim of statutory rape? As stated, give more info, such as the ages involved of each and the state. And whether it was reported and prosecuted at the time or since.
