I live in Canada.

I am a 15 year old girl, my girlfriend is 18.
I turned 15 in january and she 18 in march..
My mom is threatening to charge her with Statutory rape.
Would she actually be able to do it?

One thing I can tell you, since this particular law is the same in both the US and Canada, you are not a legal adult yet and as such, if your mother tells you that you are not allowed to see her any more, then you are not allowed to see her any more. Regardless of whether the answer to your actual question is Yes or No.
