Hello!

So I have applied for an O1 visa on May 23rd while still being on my OPT (I'm on an F1 visa) and I'm currently on my 60 day grace period that ends in 11 days. I have not heard my results yet and I was wondering if my presence will be unlawful after July 28th while waiting for my results? I read something about that on USCIS website - tolling for a good cause but I'm not sure. Any help?
