i was arrested for stealing a chech from a fellow employee and signing her name and making it out to the shop for £50 then placing it in the safe i deenied these charges as i am to scared to own up the officer toke handwriting samples and i was let out on bail, i am due to return today (22/6/00)at 2pm, and i dont know what is going to happen to me, i already have to chorshains for theft already i am so scared that i am going to go to prison that i have already thought of killing my self please let me know today if possible what is going to happen to me . you are my last hope, as i cant afford a lawyer

PLEASE DON'T KILL YOURSELF. THIS IS NOTHING. Look, own up to it and if you cannot afford a lawyer, tell them you are very sorrry and you may possibly see some jail time, but that is it. DONT WORRY.

IT sounds as if you are in England. If you are, check with the barristers there to see if there is anyone who can help you for free.
