What is the name of your state? Florida

My father created his will in 1999. Since then he has remarried.
My father died without making changes to his will.
Now his new wife wants everything. Us children had our lives in the making of everything our father had and this lady is trying to take everything away from us that we have worked very hard most of our lives to accomplish for our family.

She is not in the will.

Does she have the right to take everything? She was only married to him for under 3 years.

Does she have the power to exclude all of us children so that we get nothing our father left to us in his will?

Please. If anyone knows the laws concerning this, please post it or send me an email or link to read.

Thank you.
