I live in Missouri. If I have joint custody of my daughter can she receive stepchild survivor benefits from my deceased husband?

Did he provide 1/2 of her support before he died? How much support does her natural father provide? How much do you provide? What can you prove?

File a claim and answer all the questions. Then you will know.
