Father left residence in Nov.1999 got Will in Nov. 1999 leaving nothing to wife but to his two children from previous marriage. Legal sepration June,2000. Stepmother now claiming the Homestead, Exempt Property and Family Allowance together with 50% of the augmented Estate. At legal seperation all property was divided. Father passed away in March 2001. Is the Will first ? Nebraska
