Kentucky:: I have 2 boys that have 2 different fathers and with their names on the birth certificates. My boys are 7 and 8. There has been no contact of any kind from their biological fathers for 7+ years. My husband has been their "dad" for the last 6.5 years and would like to legally adopt them. I have no information about where either of these men are. Is it possible to go through the adoption process without the consent of the biological fathers?

Consult with an attorney. Adoption is NEVER a do it yourself process.
