I Played on the casino ( http://www.casino-on-net.com ) on 01/20/2001 and deposited and lost $200.00. The deposit was accepted and no incident arose over the loss. Some time later I logged on again and deposited $300.00 and after playing awhile managed to win $5050.00. I cashed in and later recieved an e-mail saying my account was closed.
Upon contacting the casino several (10+) times and recieving very vague responses as to what is occuring with my cashout, I come to find out that they have no intention of paying my winnings. They did offer, however, to return the $300.00 deposit. They never mentioned the $200.00 deposit and to this day (02/02/2001) they havent credited that back to my account. In other words they're keeping the money I lost.
Thier excuse is that they requested a copy of my licence and never recieved it. It was submitted when requested. When I offered to re-submit it they never answered back.
They never sent me documentation stating that "I could no longer play or that my account was closed". I never falsified information. They allowed me to participate. when I finally communicated with thier Security supervisor I've recieved very general non-specific responses to my inquiries. This Casino does not have a telephone # and they operate out of Antigua. I have documented everything. Recently they slandered me on a public forum where I aired my complaint. Is there anything I can do?

My response:

There's nothing you can or will do. And, they know it - - unless, of course, you want to spend $30,000.00 on International Litigation.

Your experience is a good lesson for everyone.
