What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I'm 17 and I got arrested for MIP, using someone else's license to buy alcohol, resisting arrest (I was angry, drunk, lucky it's not assault, I apologized after I got a bit sober). Before any court or anything happened I got another MIP & also disorderly. My parents had helped me with getting a lawyer after the first thing, he talked about getting some kind of diversion scheme. Do you think diversion is still likely for any of this?

I'm not usually like this. My friend died. It's S**T. I was pushing people away. I've realised now that I should talk to people instead of drink. I did everything the wrong way I know, but I wasn't really thinking, I miss him. And I'd really like to deal with it and carry on...diversion was sounding good. Do you think it's possible?
