from ohio,i placed 2 forum questions about,who has the right-of-way in an intersection with no stop signs & one for who would you think is at fault.they were both posted on 4/19/02 under name of aprilmae54 please can someone help me with some advice or legal knowledge?????? i need help so i know where to go from here if i get screwed,i feel this was not my fault since i was almost across both lanes and she hit me in my passanger side door and rear quarter panel,with her front passanger side.I tried to blow the horn to get her attention but buy the time she looked up it was to late.please refer to the other postings for the accident report.
