I tried posting this before, hit something and poof i was gone!

can anyone explain what the difference is between a "stip of dismissal with prejudice" and a "stip of dismissal without prejudice"

'With prejudice' means that the other party cannot refile the case.
"Without prejudice' means they can.

wow, that was fast, thank you :: i think i better ask the atty to redraft that stip using the with prejudice as opposed to without.
