What is the name of your state - California

I have a Motion for Spousal Support modification on file to be heard 3/22/11.
I am pro per. Original hearing date 2/9/11, I agreed to an extension.

The other party EX and attorney want me to voluntarily agree to a Vocational Evaluation. CA Code 4331 (a - f) are the laws that govern an evaluation.

First EX said he would pay for it, upfront in a letter. When Stip was sent for my signature, they "cherry picked" the language from CA Code, EX now wants right to recover fees associated with evaluation, and only give me a copy if the matter go to trial.

I said, I would agree under all the legal terms under the FAM. Code, he agreed to pay and will pay**************.and they are stating "if I don't sign they will file a motion" and ask for legal fees.

I think is not protecting my legal rights. The evaluation must be covered by FAM Code (a-f), he agreed to pay, and I must receive a copy of evaluation report, and I want it to remain Sealed and Confidential.

HELP:confused:

What is your question?

You can object to whatever they propose if you wish, so if you don't like what they're asking for, simply object to it.
