What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
New york

My case deals with 2 partners. One wants to buy the other one out but cannot decide to buyout the partner with his own money or with the corportaions money?

Any advice with be appreciated. Thank you.

Is it a partnership or a corporation? It cannot be both.
