undefinedWhat is the name of your state?I live in New York State but the company I was employed by is in North Carolina. -In January 2005 I was terminated from my job. The company I worked for told me I could no
longer own the multi stock that they offer to employees. I was asked to fill out an early exit
notice form and was told that I would receive an early settlement payout of the multi shares and
dividend equivalents. I filed the early exit document on 1/13/2005 with human resources as
instructed. I was originally told it would take about 60 days to receive the payout. Then I was told
it would take 90 days. It is now almost 120 days later and when I last contacted the administrator
on 5/6/2005 - he told me he does not have a date. Is there a timeframe that the company needs to
adhere to? I think they lost my documents or are trying to sell the stock when it is most
advantageous for them. Since they have set two payout dates with me and not met either one the delays have
cost me dollars to reschedule my personal plans. I contacted the SEC with this question. They said it does not fall under their domain and I should seek legal counsel in my state.
