A friend that lives in Texas and her husband that used to work for Enron are having marital problems. He hasn't worked for Enron in years and whatever he did with the stock before he used to have to get his wife's signature before he could cash any or move it. Several months ago though she found out that he moved it and he said he didn't have to have her signature. I heard that if he moves it 6 months before they get a divorce, she will not have any claim to the money.
Can anyone tell me if that is true, I think 6 months is sometime in February.
Thanks
