What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I believe my brother stole my mother's life insurance and filed a claim. I don't know the name of the policy. Someone accused him of this and he did not deny this has happen. What should I do about this?

Kind of hard to steal a life insurance policy from a living person and file a claim on it. Did he knock your mom off too? :eek:
