A hospital employee downloaded hundreds of patient records, including mine, to his home computer and sold the information to different entities. He was fired and matter turned over to DA, or so I was told. This was 2 years ago when only notice rec'd was that medical records taken, and mine may have been included. This was in nyc, by a well known village hospital.
What are my options? Contacted DA's office at the time but they never got back to me.
