What is the name of your state? Ohio

I was employed by a band for 7 years as an audio engineer. During this time, I would take photos of the shows, and place them on pbase.com. It was my understanding that by placing the pics on pbase they are considered copyrighted, and I own the rights.
I left the band in March of 2006, under bad terms, and now I find many of my pics are posted on the band's website, without my permission. They did give me a photo credit, but spelled my name wrong.
Do I have any legal recourse?

I'm greedy and resentful. I want paid for my pics use, proper name recognition for the pics used, and money for the unauthourized use of my pics. Removal is not enough, these guys make over $500,000 a year, they know I would never give them permission to use my pics, and are doing this to spite me.

Who are the pictures of?? If they are of the band or members and you don't have a release from THEM... they aren't yours to 'own'.

In your greed and resentment... do you have about $10kl to spend on legal fees???

The pics are of band members, additional performers, venues, equipment, crowd shots, clients, and general mishaps that happened at shows. None were posed, and all were taken at open to the public shows, with no photo/taping restrictions. As for money, 10k may not be out of the question.
