My ex-husband stole some of my parent's gym equipment when he moved out of their house following our divorce. I have since found out he sold it on Ebay during September.
Per Ebay's stolen merchandise form, I have to have an officer fill it out and submit it. I have a case number from the police for other things he has stolen but the police are still "investigating" it and won't submit this form. to ebay.
Since the item has already been sold, paid for and shipped, should this even be pursued? It was a fairly expensive piece of gym equipment that he flat simply removed from their house and sold on Ebay.
Thanks for your help!
