What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
I was tricked and evicted out of my home, all of my property was taken from me. I submitted Dr's notes stating i had had surgery and was not able to walk due to a pain pump attatched to my leg. The judge and landlord went on with the case and the landlord was awarded everything of mine and my family. I went back to the landlord and paid him and paid him money to get my things back only owning him a small amount. He said he would not allow anyone to take my things. I was paying off what was owed and he went in and took things and gave things away to anyone who wanted them but me. What can I do to either get my money back or compensation for my items.
