i live in new york state. i was living in an apartment i had an understanding to move out on the 7th of may. during the week we started to move stuff out. between tuesday at 5pm and friday at 6 pm someone from the landlords office let themself into my apartment and removed thier fridge. when i returned to the apartment to get the rest of my stuff i noticed the aprox. $150 of hockey equioment was missing. the landlord claims it is not their fault and their people did not take the stuff. the only people who had access to the apartment was my girlfrien, myself, and the landlord. is there anything i can do about this. thank you jason
