My truck was stolen 2 weeks ago, I've made a claim and I am waiting to see what happens. My insurance police states: cash value. My insurance ajustor told me that an independent company will place a value on my truck.
My question is, am I able to dispute the price they offer me? Can I get my own independent value from dealers, the classifieds, etc. Do I have any rights?

Thank You

The odds are that it will be a reasonably fair, Blue Book or Yellow Book valuation. If you think and can prove the value should be higher than that, you can argue with them.

Contact the state insurance department and ask what the standard is in your state.
