Stop alimony

My ex-wife and I live in the state of South Carolina. We have mutually agreed to stop my alimony payments to her. What would we need to do to expedite this process? Is there any way to do this wihtout having to go through Family Court and a lot of legal
expense, since this is a mutual agreement?
