Help,

I just found out that my business property is being foreclosed on, and they have set an auction date for JUNE 13. I discovered this in the newspaper; I was not notified by mail or court papers. This loan was for less than one third of the value of the property. Please tell me how to stop the auction; I was in the process of arranging for new financing, and can pay this debt. PLEASE HELP ASAP. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You need to talk to a real estate lawyer about how to stop foreclosure proceedings by payment or by challenging the notice you received. The procedures depend on the for of the mortgage and state laws regarding each form (deed of trust, judicial foreclosure, etc.). Take every scrap of paper with you to the lawyer's office.

This is not legal advice and you are not my client. Double check everything with your own attorney and your state's laws.
