What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin. I quit a job for a new one. Took COBRA benefits for two months. Told old company I would not make payment for January 09. They stopped coverage starting 12/31/08. New company fired me before probationary period ended. Can I reinstate COBRA coverage by making payment before the 31st of January?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
