Stopping Fax Spam (TX)

I am in Texas
Please inform which forum to post this to if this one is not appropriate. I am trying to relieve the tons of fax spam I receive at my place of employment. There is one company in particular who, after several phone calls to have the faxing stopped, I still continue to receive faxes from. I speak to the same lady each time. I heard somewhere if they don't stop, I can start making them pay for each instance by filing in small claims court. Is this true, and if so, how do I begin?

To my knowledge, Texas doesn't have a 'junk FAX' law, but there are federal laws that could apply.
