What is the name of your state? Missouri
In a hotel situation from the hotel's point of view: If the hotel signs for a shipment for a guest or client (ie convention materials) and that shipment has to be stored and charges the client for storage are they then liable? Also if the hotel does not charge for storage is the liability the same? The last twist is if the client signs a form waiving liability but we still charge for the service, are we still liable? Do we have to provide a secure storage facility?
