im in so california. i have worked for this credit bureau 3 weeks short of 1 year. i had a bad year in that i had to move back home due to not being able to afford my apartment, my dad was diagnozed with alzheimers disease, and divorce. my job has been very stressful to me also. i took family leave to help my mom take care of my dad. i have had a history of major depression also and this kicked in. my doctor has me off work until dec 1 but my family/medical leave will expire nov 14. wondering if i have a case for stress and wrongful termination.

I assume you are asking what will be the case if you do not return to work Nov 14 and they fire you. If that is the case, because of the stress and your situation in general, you would probably qualify for unemployment benefits; however, I doubt you would have a case for wrongful termination. I can’t see any grounds for that.
