What is the name of your state?Colorado
I was recently divorced, my husband is in the mobile home we have. I moved out a year and a half ago. I signed a bill of sale on the mobile home also, giving it to him. I am now in the process of bankruptcy, I did not include this on my bankruptcy because it is his, not mine. The place the mobile home is financed through sent him a reaffirmation agreement for me to sign. I know he is late on this past months payment. What do I need to do about this? He is not filing bankruptcy, only I am.

Do as bigun said, Include it in your Bankruptcy & do not sign refirming that or any debt or you will be liable for it.
