what do I do do next? stroke at work.

brain tumor in cerrabellum found in 1981 and then reappeared 1986 in cerabellum of brain- remove now ok.

1989-1995 worked all this time and no problem.

1995 normal new job taken with no problem
1997 new plant manager hired. 1998 hand slap and swarring at me in present of 2 supervisors at mouse from same plant manager.


1998 notified human resources of managers behavior to me.


1998 escorted at work by one of witnesses (which is supervisor) to managers office-just manager, supervisor and me present interrogated and he asked about medical history which I never sighed or told him about.


1999 I was told to reassign with different people and hours for 2 months, then go back to same shift [after 4 years on same shift].


1999 after 2 months I then was told to stay with new people and hours.


2000 no warning, told to reassign to origional crew.
(14 months).


5 months later, again reassigned to entirly new people and hours.


1 month later, stoke occurred ...now phsycally cannot do same work.


Now What?

IF a supervisor physically hit you that's a battery and you could have sued him and the company for intentional tort. I say could have as oftenthere are short time limits to sue.

IF you have a disability and can not work at all, you may be able to get workers comensation, of social securtity disability. If the company had a long term diability policy you may be able to laim that.
