wife walked from house in 1987. we bought a new house in 1990. both names were on the deed then. we tryed to sell new house in 2000. we live in aurora, colorado. we found that she has a lien by hud on her. and could'nt sell. she quit deeded the house to me . now my name is the only one on the deed. can i sell without liability to her lien?what are my options?
