What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
Texas

My cousin is a sophomore in high school and facing expulsion. The school is threatening to take all of his credits away and make him start over as a freshman next year if he does get expelled. Can they do that?

**A: ok, what is the whole story here? If he was caught cheating, yes.

he was caught with a knife on campus and accused of cutting another student but it's already been proven that he didn't so now its just having a knife on campus.

My response:

Whew!

I'm sure glad it was proven that he didn't cut someone, and that he only carries a knife (probably a switchblade) to school.

it wasn't a switchblade it was a lock knife and we live in a small hick town so everyone carries one for work purposes.

My response:

If "everyone" carried one, then "everyone" would be expelled from school. Every school has "No Tolerance" rules and laws to follow. If your cousin was too stupid to read the Student Rules, or abide by the rules, then he deserves to be expelled.

Don't be an idiot.

i didn't come on here to have someone who doesn't know anything about hick towns to put down my cousin and me because you have to get your jollies from putting other people down that you know nothing about. So I would appreciate it if you didn't post anymore on anything that i ask. If you can't give me helpful advice please don't bother posting at all. I don't mean to sound like a witch but this is really important to me.

My response:

You don't sound like a witch. You sound like an ignorant dummy. Look, the school has rules. Your cousin didn't obey the rules. When that happens, you get expelled.

This isn't a difficult concept - - not even for some two-bit hick.

I didn't ask if he could be expelled if you would read. I know that he can be expelled I'm not stupid I read the code of conduct. What I asked is can he lose all of his credits and be force to start over as a freshman. And I would appreciate it if you didn't insist on call me things you don't even know me. I'm not ignorant, I asked a simple question that a normal person wouldn't know that answer to. And for your information not all schools ban knives, I can name atleast two that I've attended right here in south Texas that actually allow you to carry a knife. Oh yeah and I'm also not a two-bit hick I've spent most of my life in one of the largest cities in the US.

My further response:

Just what I thought. You can't "name" crap. You and "cousin Billy Joe Bob" are just two hick town idiots from Stupidsville, Texas - Population 2.

My response:

How long ago did you attend either of these schools; sometime in the early 1980's?
