Hi, I'm a divorced from my wife who claims my 2 boys as dependants. I alone am paying back parent loans for their college. Am I not allowed to deduct the interest because wife claims them as dependents?

Student loan parent loans are deductible as student loan interest even if the children are no one's dependents. You can continue to deduct the interest.
