Here is my problem. I attended school back when i was 16 or 17 years old (20 yrs. ago). I just recently recieved a call from collection agency asking I pay 2 notes that they aleged I have outstandding. So I requested copies of the notes. The notes had the dates altered to say i was 19 years of age when I attended school that caught my attention so I compared the signatures and they were exactly indentical so I forward them to a Forensics Doc Examiner in TX. He replied that the notes were altered and that one was a copy of the other but do to them being so old he could not tell wich one was the orginal and wich one was the copy.

What can I do?
What type of attorney would i need?
