What is the name of your state? TX

Well I do not know if this is the place I should post this, so If not I am sorry and can you please direct me in the right place.

My husband is finishing school right now and I will be going back next year hopefully. We figured how much we would be paying in loans when we are done with school and we will be paying about 1000 every month for 10 years. I just dont see how we will beable to afford this. I will be teaching 2nd grade! No money there. Well if we make payments on what we can afford each month will they deduct the rest from our pay checks or income tax checks?

call the loan originator and see if you can consolidate to a lower monthly payment or interest! remember July 1st is the change date for the interest rate change on all student loans that are back by the feds!
