Well, I doubt the link gives substantive info ... after all, the first one implies that oral sex is unlawful in CA. But, as usual, people that post these things neglect the key elements of the section ... aside from the fact that they posted the WRONG section (they posted PC 288(a) when it should have been PC 288a(a)) the (a) section is the definition of oral sex - the elements involve the performance of the act with a minor.

Given the first incorrect implication, I opted to go no further on the page presuming that the remainder of the linked sections would likely imply similarly false presumptions.
