What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
Hi - Divorced in 2008, have custody of children. SPP states medical and extracurricular to be split per income. High percentage - 90+% - of items submitted to me for reimbursement by NCP are not covered by the SPP (or any other court order). Things like food, mileage, parking, gifts, etc. It takes hours to make sense of and then provide info stating why items aren't covered. NCP has a strong tendency to not do as agreed and ordered, but to do as they think it should be done. I am only able to get closure by going back to court.
From a legal perspective, is the NCP doing anything wrong where I have legal recourse? Can I go back to court to stop NCP from these fraudulent submissions?
Thanks! I am looking forward to opinions and comments on this. I figure I'm not the only one this happens to.
