What is the name of your state? NY
Can i as a non lawyer issue a subpoena to garner information about my debtors bank accounts although my case is already over and i have a default judgment against a debtor. My judgment was in a federal court in NY and my debtor moved to Oregon. I domesticated the judgment already. Can anyone help?
