i live in north carolina and my child custody case (i am trying to get my 2 children 7 & 11) requires subponeas to two people moving out of state july 1. i do not have a new court date as yet but they are trying to set a special hearing in july or aug. can i have these people subponeaed from out of state. they will not come willingly and are the most important part of my getting my children?
