What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ca

Can someone please tell me what a subsequent arrest is? It pertains to a criminal history check(background check) from the State of California Department of Justice in a family law case.

Thank you

subsequent arrest reply

Ca

I'm not sure exactly what you need to know but I'll try.
It's from the Bureau of Criminal Identification & Information.
It's for Dept. of Children & Family Services & states:
Based upon a fingerprint search of records contained in BCII files, NO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD EXISTS for the above named individual.

Our records indicate you have a contract for subsequent arrest notification service with the Department of Justice. Therefore, you will be advised, in accordance with appropriate dissemination criteria, of subsequent arrests for this individual.

I hope I gave you the right stuff.
Thank you for your quick reply.

Okay... Just using Logic here... maybe someone else will tell you more.
It seems you did a criminal search on someone. They found so record of anything so far. But when you asked for this search you also asked that if there happens to be anything in the future, that they let you know.
That is what subsequent arrest means.
So all those big words mean.. is
Whoever it was ain't been bad, but if they are we will let ya know. :D
If you paid for this search.. Just know if they find out more in the future, you might get another bill... unless it was a one time fee to cover all expenses for the search... just don't want you to get any surprises.
Good luck.

well

Well, If you break the law they can arrest you, subsequently.

Whoever has done this on you will be told, and your custody case will have big old holes in it.

Keep keeping your nose clean. You are being watched like a hawk watches a little ol bunny wabbit.
