Litigator, you said to soloist, "You have a winnable lawsuit against the dealership for the loss ..."
You tossed off "bailment" as if that was a satisfactory explanation as to why there was a lawsuit with merit to file against the dealership.
But I say there is no way to determine if there is ANY lawsuit to file against the dealership, let alone a "winnable" one, based on the information provided.
Can you offer soloist and us a glimpse into your thinking (assuming there was some thought behind your hasty conclusion)? Thank you.
