Sued for money not owes

North Carolina, Union County.My old boss old for whom I worked for for 8 years is taking me to small claims court for money he says I borrowed. After he closed the store down he paid me for 2 weeks after we closed which I thought was sevrence pay & he says it is a loan. I did get a bed when we closed that I failed to pay him for. I have mailed him a check for that but he wants 900.00 more dollars. He is a disbarred attorney.
