I have made a purchase of 32$ through a big remarkable company on the internet. Through the method of shipment I picked, it said 5 to 14 days. I live in Egypt, and since my wife was in a trip to Canada, I asked that my purchase be sent to my uncle's address who lives in Canada as it's much cheaper than sending it to Egypt. But they didn't keep their promise, and till now I didn't receive my purchase (19 days) and wife is already back home in Egypt.
Can I make use of this and sue this company and claim a big amount of money, or am I daydreaming?
Thank you

What are you looking to get???? "keh fel halek", how are you?????? Are you okay?? No, you won't get the world or anything big but you can do a couple of things:

1) ask for a discount like free shipping because they didn't abide by their contractual agreement.

2) ask for a full refund and look elsewhere for the product.
