I have made a purchase of 32$ through a big remarkable company on the internet. Through the method of shipment I picked, it said 5 to 14 days. I live in Egypt, and since my wife was in a trip to Canada, I asked that my purchase be sent to my uncle's address who lives in Canada as it's much cheaper than sending it to Egypt. But they didn't meet what they say on their web. I received my purchase only yesterday(21 days) and my wife is already back home in Egypt.
At the same time, a major newspaper mentioned in it's companies profiles financial analysis that this company is credited for it's speedy delivery !!!!
Can I make use of this and sue this company and claim a big amount of money, or am I daydreaming?
Thank you

I think you are daydreaming! People now a days are sue happy! Just because they said that it would take a certain number of days to deliver something and it took longer is not totally their fault. Sometimes mail just gets delayed at the post office... I think the most you would get back is the shipping cost if you fight with the company
