Bought warranty through dealership. Warranty contract price was $1380.

We paid through the dealership.

A year later, we are trying to cancel warranty and get refund.
Warranty company says we only had a $704 policy that's all they'll pro-rate for.

Dealership kept $676 off the top and will not refund.

Receipt, bill of sale and credit union draft say we paid $1380 for a warranty (which was fully refundable less $50 fee and pro-rated).

Can we sue the dealership for our money even though the warranty contract is with the warranty company, not the dealership?

The dealership's name appears on the contract in the "dealer information" section.
thanks for any help.
